Why FLWRS?

After working within the event floral industry for over 7 years, I wanted to find a way to give florals a longer life. Especially the premium florals used in bridal bouquets. Event florals are a large investment and if you talk to any bride they will tell you, their wedding day went by so quick. By preserving bridal bouquets it gives the couple the opportunity to enjoy them much longer. With my degree in graphic design, I utilize a variety of design principals and elements to help create a dynamic forever floral memory. My passion for creating art and using nature as my medium has lead me to preserving florals of all kinds— I love preserving gardeners creations! Pop-ups of my work can be found at The Cottage Rose on First Fridays or if you wish to commission a piece / preserve your wedding flowers, please see the two options for contact below.

I’m happy to explore custom art pieces for you! If you’re interested in a special gift for someone or preserving flowers that are meaningful to you, please fill out the inquiry link above. Whether it’s for Mother’s Day, an anniversary, or a baby shower gift, a custom pressed floral piece is a unique and beautiful choice!

Bouquet pressings are a wonderful way to have a memento of your wedding day! Reach out at the link above to explore the options of preserving a beautiful reminder of a special day.

There are unfortunately a few limits to pressing bouquets, including florals that do not press will, such as full roses, as well as color changes after preservation. We use best practices when preserving florals, to optimize the beauty of the florals to be enjoyed into the future. When you choose to frame your pressed florals with us, they will be permanently inclosed between UV protected glass to reduce any fading that could occur in light-filled display areas.
